R. THILAGAVATHI
Thilagavathi graduated from University of London (External) in 1999 and was admitted to the Bar in November 2000. Thereafter she was a Legal Assistant with the firm of Messrs Kumari & Associates dealing with conveyancing and probate matters before moving to the firm of Messrs Soraya Chuah & Associates dealing with litigation matters from January 2003 until December 2005. She joined us on 20th March 2006 and is entrusted with doing litigation work and is presently handling foreclosure and other banking litigation works including garnishee related matters.
NADIA AZREEN BINTI AZIZI
Nadia graduated from University Malaya in 2013. She read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Assistant in January 2015. She is presently handling banking litigation matters and has much experience handling contested banking related matters.
TAN KIT QIAN
Kit Qian is a LLB(Hons) graduate from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Assistant in July 2015. She is presently handling banking and general litigation matters whereby she has much trial experience in relation to subrogation related matters.
BANNUPRIYA A/P VELEYSAMY
Bannupriya is a law graduate from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She commenced reading in chambers at Messrs Gulam & Wong in August 2015 and was retained as a Legal Associate upon completion of her pupillage. She handled conveyancing and corporate related matters for 6 years before joining Messrs Tengku Azlina, Rao, Low & Associates in February 2022. She joined our firm in July 2023 and is presently handling conveyancing matters.
NOR AHYANI BINTI AHMAD
Ahyani graduated from UiTM in 2013. She read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Associate in September 2014. She left us in March 2015 to join Messrs Mohd Razak & Associates and then Messrs Hazura Yusoff & Partners before returning in November 2021. She is presently handling banking litigation matters.

Kar Mun obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from University of London in 2018. She read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Associate in December 2020. She is presently handling banking and general litigation matters.
YUGANIYA A/P RAJALINGAM
Yuganiya has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from the Multimedia University and was called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2018 after reading in chambers at Messrs Iza Ng Yeoh & Kit. She was a Legal Associate with Messrs Hakem Arabi & Associates from July 2018 to May 2021 handling general litigation Thereafter she was with Messrs Rabinder Budiman & Associates from June 2021 to August 2021 before joining Messrs Selvam Shanmugam in August 2021 until early 2023 where she was handling both civil and criminal litigation. She joined us in March 2023 and is presently handling banking litigation and post-auction related matters.
NUSAYBAH BINTI KHALID
Nusaybah is a 2020 LLB (1st Class Honours) graduate from International Islamic University Malaysia. She read in chambers at Messrs Rahim, Aidil & Partners and was called to the Malaysian Bar in December 2021. She joined us in January 2022 to handle banking litigation matters.
NAIMI BINTI ABDUL RAZAK
Naimi graduated from UiTM with a LLB (Hons) degree. She read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Associate in October 2022 to handle banking litigation matters.
SAIDATUL NAJWA BINTI ZULKIFLI
As a 2021 LLB (Hons) graduate from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Najwa read in chambers at Messrs L.H.Yeo & Co. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2023 and she joined us in March 2023 to handle post-auction related matters.
NOR SYAHIRAH BINTI MOHD EZANEE
Nor Syahirah graduated from the International Islamic University with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2015. She read in chambers at Messrs Ainul Azam & Co and was called to the Malaysian Bar in March 2016. She worked in Messrs Rozlan Khuen and Messrs Salina Fazilawati & Co handling litigation work before joining our firm in July 2023 to handle banking litigation matters.
MUHAMMAD HAZIQ HAKIMI BIN AHMAD
Haziq graduated from the International Islamic University with a LLB (Hons) degree. He read in chambers in our firm and was retained as a Legal Associate in June 2023 to handle banking litigation matters.
